{As with the 1906 diary, the entries from December 23, 1906 to January 29, 1907 are in a different handwriting and style (use of Wednesday instead of James Bowman's habitual "Wensday" with notes perhaps provided at a later date by James Bowman on payments and breeding and shorter, less detailed, entries). This seems to coincide with a trip to Manitoba and parts west that James Bowman mentions starting January 29, 1907. The entries from January 29, 1907 to the end of this diary (April 25, 1907) are all done by James Bowman.}
