We plowed all day with two outfits and it was rather warm. Quit in good time as it was "Nigger's Night". Eleanor & Melville went down town with us so we had a few good laughs. Home in fair time and maybe I wasn't glad to get to bed.

My wifey and I had a swim before we went to Burford with Roscoe in his roadster to celebrate his and Grandma Harley's birthday. A very nice time including a sleep in afternoon for me. A swell feed at dinner & supper time. Home and had our chores done by dark after which we posted a letter at mail box.
