Claim they can get 6 1/2 tons per acre of some kinds. they grow mostly wine & table grapes not many for raisins. arriving back at the station talked to the station agent he says Cal. no good, he says they advertised good fisdhing. he says you go and catch two trout aas long as half a lead pencil amnd call it a days fishing. I thinkthey have a lot of wind here as it was blowing pretty hard when we left. a young fellow said it blows a lot in the winter for about three minths. just home about 6 oclock.
