| 15 | Sunday fine cool day. a number in church. |
| 16. | rained today Sandy Dougald came to work. The boys went to cut the grain |
| 17. | The boys had to come home from the cutting of the grain on account of the rain |
| 18 | Wednesday. The boys finished cutting the wheet a provender {livestock feed}. A good many at prayer Meeting. I washed a number of rags for to strip for carpet. |

| 20 | Mrs Blacklock & daughter took dinner here. today. They were with Annie last night Mrs W. Ossin is very poorly. she had a bad turn last night. I got at Dan's codfish 2 lbs gran sugar 1 little bottle castor oil |
