   <td>David & Vive came on the midnight Express Watt went down to Brockville on the Lightning Express they are all well we put in a new frame in the outside seller way it was all roten and the stairway was caved in we are going to build it up with stones Dan has them drawn for it it has been very stormy rain & snow nothing done out doors</td>
