+ | Dad fonished turning and setting the oat shocks this morning. I went out and cut all around the field he was working in and a little around the house, before dinner, we put the load of old hay=y that was on the rack we piut what we could of it over the cows stable ans left the rest in the shed, it was after noon when we got through so we got a pretty latestart, after dinner Dad started to cut the oats over by the side road, we went out with him but did'nt shock any up as we had to wait for qwuite awhile beofe there waa room and we quit early to go up and do chores as I went down to band concert but dad. kept on cutting sill sundown, the ground is orertty soft, he has to cut around the holes and |
