Dad. plowed at the old corn ground all morning while I worked in the orchard. This after noon Dad took the the team and waggon and we took all the brush and piled & burned it in the north end of the orchard where the little trees are mostly dead, we then took the big limbs and piled them behind the wood shed for storewood it took us all the afternoon but it has made a great improvement in the looks of the orchard. | Dad. plowed at the old corn ground all morning while I worked in the orchard. They said things were going pretty well although there are several working against him. Vyse was over this morning to say he wanted us to go & thrash on Monday. Edith left this after noon. Lila came over this morning for her music but didn't stay long None of us went down to meet Aunty to-night as we think likely she will stay ay Huby's to-night.
