I | + | Dad & I killed and picked the 9 cockrels left in the crate this morning and Frank took the pinfeathers out of them. I got some of them stuck in the brain alright but some I didn't. I went over to Quanbury's at noon and got them to telephone to Simcoe to see what prices were like but they weren't extra so I decided to ship them to Silverwood's. I spent most of the after noon cleaning the feet & heads & shaping them and had to go down to post a letter. Aunty Alice came over with me to tea. I went down after to a practice. Snowed a little to-day. |
