Lunch being over we still ha dover. an hour on our hands beofre the event started so we three took a stroll over the field to the big red basement barn of a neighbour. The barn looked to be the property of a prosperous amn so we thought the cattle indsode it would be worth looking at. We found it filled with grade Holsteins the feeding and milking of which sparently took all of their younf g owner's time a so that their rather unkrempt appearance contraste dunfavorably with that of the herd we had just seen all groomed and cleaned in every way made attractive looking |
