We were very agreeably surprised when we went out after breakfast and gave her a little help that she got up and stood on her feet. She then drank about a quarter of water and has taken quite a lot of group during the day. She is very weak yet tonight but we now have great hopes for her recovery. We got Billy in the stable this morning and have had him tied up all day preparatory for giving him his first list. He fought hard while we were at dinner for the four he broke his whole truth but dad had a big group around his neck so that he didn't get loose. Dad let him back with the others tonight. We had plumbers in with Harry on the clothes today ploughing the route ground. All three of us went back with him and cloud around or or two before dinner, Frank hill to the plough, dad drove, and I held the line in his pit rings in case of his cutting up.

I didn't need to use it at all, however so the afternoon dad and I worked the outfit and I ploughed. Frank went to SimCorp to pay our insurance. Tonight Marge and I went for a drive with Queen. Mr Johnson left three posters, advertising, the strawberry social up at the Smyths, and we talk to them up at the mill and Edmundsbury corner.
