I haven't done any thing much all day except feel rather tough although not as tough as if I had moved around more. Marj. went down about eleven and brought Aunty, Aunty Alice and little John over in the cart and Walter and Elsie walked over and arrived at the same time. They were here most of the after noon and little John seemed to have a fine time seeing the little pigs and other animals and picking up <s>chestnu</s> hickory nuts. Aunty Alice went down a little earlier than the rest as they thought there was a possibility of Vernon coming but she didn't. Mar.. took the others down before tea. It was a beautiful day, breezy but mild.
