to bank the curch money and intended goimng to a women's political meeting which was being held in Meighan's interests but she didn't find anyone to go woith so stayed away. I went down to band practice to-nifght, there werenot many out owing to the Hallowe'en gathering I suppose.{Merit?} Walker was havinfg a dance in the hall and there was a big crowd thre. I went up to Cousin Bessie's to bring Aunty Alice home safley but we didn't rn across any depredations. It was a year ago to-night that ashe nearly broke her neck on the fence across the sidewalk. y John Shand'sIt has been a beautiful day no wind and fairly hot.
