Dad. thought we had better take one of the cows along to keep him company so we took Jessie. The scheme worked fair. I led Jessie & Dad. had Wilkins with the stick & a rope in his nose ring. They both walked right along and we had no trouble whatever. We tied him up down there in a box stall where I think if they treat him decently he will be all right. We got home soon after twelve and found Aunty & Aunty Alice here for dinner. I went out this after noon and helped Dad. get his headlands struck out but spent most of the after noon doing chores. It has been another beautiful day. Fog this morning but sunny & mild. |

Dad and Enah drove down town this morning to get some coal oil and Dad. got his hair cut. I laid out a show card lesson while he was gone and practised a little at it.
