I told him there was every chance of them raising lambs this Spring but as they were so old I let him have them for $5.00 apiece. We did deliver Jack's lambs to him one day but I forget whether it was before or after the New Year. We took down what we thought were ten lambs but when I was looking up their numbers to have them registered I found one was a yearling. I went down to Jacks to investigate and sure enough found a yearling amongst them and she appears to be in lamb. I guess we will leave her there. It leaves one lamb not accounted for and the only thing I can imagine is that Dougherty got her last summer. Aunty & Aunty Alice were over here to dinner one day and on Friday morning left for Detroit to pay Roy & Vernon a month's visit. Quint. Huby Marj. & I were down to see them off on the nine o'clock car and were very pleased to be able to leave them in charge of a Mr. Well's, Walk's brother who was going right through to Windsor.
