I thought may be Dad. would want to get a load of silage this after noon but we saw him down town and he said to let it go till to-morrow, so we just stayed at Aunty's for awhile after getting our groceries. It is from a firm of lawyers who say they have for many years been and still are the solicitors to the trustees of a fund to which they say they can help Dad. formulate and possibly prove a claim. It has taken nearly all the snow off except where there were very deep drifts and to-night the gully is running full and the water is going over the road by Dave's gate I went over this forenoon and swept out the school house and sat around over there for awhile reading a bulletin on protecting birds. This after noon I painted the north door in the dining room and puttied up a lot of nail holes in the woodwork. Quite mild. | ||

horses to sell so would be pretty late when they finished. We were rather chilly when we got back here but Marj. had just baked so we got warm filling up on Willie Grants. Frank walked home. Milder this morning but colder to-night.
