Marj. went up town and got orders for some crab apples. Dad. & I also patched up the barn bridge a little. I went down to Carl. Ryerse's after dinner with Quint and blew in 30 cts. on a corn cob pipe and a package of tobacco so that I can now appease my occasional hankering for a smoke. Marj. went over to the Lampkin's for awhile to-night and I had to prance with the baby nearly the whole time she was gone. Cloudy this morning clearing & sultry this after noon. |
