Dad. came over this morning to get some 14 ft boards to make the cribbing for his water trough but we could only find two long enough. He helped me saw up the butt of the maple tree and took Harry B & Gay back with him. I spent the remainder of the fore noon levelling clay and this after noon Marj. the baby and I drove down in the waggon.

We left the baby at thwe farm and Dad. & I wernt down and got 5 bbls of cement for the water trough and Marj. went up to the bank with her cheque. We waited till she got all through with her business & all came home in the waggon. Marj. went over to the Lampkin's to-night with some roses. Tim brought home all he could carry in his arms that he fishe dout of the oi=ond by the fgreenhouse. Aunty 7 Aunty Alice are feeling very tired. Aunty Alice wa sup the other night with Miss Battersby. Very hot and sultry.

and one to Phyl. I went down again to-night to the last band concert of the season. Ina was here again to-day ironing. Marj. got a cheque to-day for $250.00 as part of her share of Uncle George's estate. Frank left some time during last night for the fair and expected to get home some time during to-night. Threatening & hot.

Thursday September 10th

We waited till she got all through with her business & all came home in the waggon. Marj. went over to the Lampkin's to-night with some roses.
