I cleane dout the crossditche sin my field wheat this morning and about half past tewn went down to Auy=unty's and got some raspberry roots. I stayed there to dinner and cam ehome early after dinner and set outy rraspberries. I got them all out just a sit began to rain. I put them back of the barn just at the head of the wheat. It has been very dark and threatening all day and very mych milder and we had quite a thnder storm this after noon

to be no school to-day or to-morrow on account of teacher's convention. Dad. & Frank came over with the load of wood and said one of them would come out after dinner and drill my wheat in. We all went down to Aunty's for dinner but I came home right after and harrowed the field and Frank came out and drilled it and helped me run the ditches out. Marj. & the children stayed down for the after noon and Quint brought them home about five. Aunty came out with them. Dad got his affadavits concerning Dick's and Frank's birth certificates so had to go down and swear to them and post them this after noon. Lovely day, milder
