Mr. Bagley & Essie came over this forenoon to pick the Tolman Sweets on shares. They picked about five bushels and left us three and there are a lot on the tree yet which Essie says they will come out and get another time. Beautiful day. |

Tuesday October 13th
I spent most of the day digging potatoes and have about one row to dig yet. They are not turning out any thing like as well as I expected. Mr. Bagley & Essie came over this forenoon to pick the Tolman Sweets on shares. They picked about five bushels and left us three and there are a lot on the tree yet which Essie says they will come out and get another time. Beautiful day.
