Sat Mar 22. Fine and much milder. no frost last nigt. no snow or rain since 4th March and it was very little thre Annie here in the evening.

Sun Mar 23. Fine bright and much warmer. I went to churh in the morning. the <u>water</u> came up very high in the afternoon. could not walk over. the weather has been perfect for taking snow and ice. and no rain.

Mon Mar 24. Fine bright day. water all settled. washed upstairs <u>covers</u> for cleaning. also Aunt Nellies <u>matress</u> <u>cover</u>.

Tue Mar 25. Fine but bright mild day. Cleaned ouur <u>feather</u> <u>bed</u>. slats. I burnt grass and raked a little. <u>Doctor</u> here. Mary called. I went for medicine in eve. $1.

Wed Mar 26. A little dull and cool. we scrubbed some in <u>cellar</u> <u>doors</u>. <u>steps</u> etc. oiled furnace. roads drying first since.

Tue Mar 18. Fine and moderately coldthe wind takes snow away gradually. Mrs D. in evening. Motors and Buggins out. Sesser. Mr Noble called.

Wed Mar 19. Fine. Thomas Pooles Sale. we went to hear Radio in eve.
