However when I got home every thing was all right and Frank had the house all slicked up in fair shape and as they all decided down town that the Christmas party should be postponed from to-morrow to Saturday on Marj's account, Frank wasn't so much concerned whether he got to town or not. Dr. Cook was out this after noon to see her as he told Aunty that if he happened to be out this way he would drop in and as she said she might call at the office to-night to see, he happened out this way on purpose. Mr. manning said with that precedent, the name & arms clause in the Quintin Dick will might cause trouble and Mr. Parks is evidently worried over it, but Quintin Dicks will reads that if any one of his beneficiarys refuses or neglects to take the name & arms of Dick within three months after he is entitled to it, he forfeits his claim and that is a little different from the other will which read refuse or fail.
