commotion. What we are going to do with every thing I don't know as the house is so full now there is hardly room for us in it. The party broke up soon after four. Dad. took the town ones down in the bobs and we got home just before dark. It has been a nipping cold day but sunny and our fires were all right so the house was good and warm. The kids were all asleep when we got home and we laid them out on different beds. Harry B slept till it was time to put him to bed. Dad. had another cable from Mr. Parks saying asking for Marj's & my official marriage certificate and they sent to Ade Millman to get it, so that looks as if Harry B. was mixed up in the proceedings, but we had a very merry Christmas in spite of lighter hopes. We all got very pretty little calendars from Mr. & Mrs. Parks.

Sunday December 27th

It was a very cold night last night and has been a nipper of a day with a north west wind. We have lived shut up in the front part of the house where we have been quite comfortable around our Quebec heater. Marj. using it to fry bacon & boil the kettle on. We are just about out of coal so let the kitchen fire out during the day, but scraped up enough coal to put a fire on for the night but we moved the kids into this part
