Quint came over just after dinner and he and I tied a pulley to a little 2 x 2 in the ceiling of the ice house to pull up the last load of ice as the ice house is so full there isn't room to fill the hole at the door from the inside Frank took his grist to the mill and went on down to get the load of ice which we managed to get into the ice house by the aid of the pulley without very much trouble. |
