o'clock and Marj. didn't get up till nearly that time. I went down to Donald's and found Ina just at her breakfast. I got 12 doz eggs trhere and then went down to Welsh's and got 8 doz. The roads down that way were enough to make a strong man quail so by the time I got back to Chris's it was after noon. Art hadn't brought his eg sin yet so Mrs. Quanbury said tey would wait till he came to set them. He is going to take in 15 doz which will make 70 doz all told. I had been figuring on 80 doz. but that was allhtnepasace they save d for me, and unless thye hatch better than they ahev been I won't get my 500 chicks. It was about two o'clock about the time I got to the farm and I put Queen in and went in ans I was wet cold & hungry. They had had dinner of course but Enah got me some and Istayed there nmst of the after noon and fgot warmed up. Ina was here when I got home & she & Marj. have started on the house cleaning, she is going to stay till Saturday night. It cleared up towards evening. Cold.
