I called in home and Dad. showed me a letter from Mr. Parks which came to-day but which didn't explain the cable he sent on the 4th at all. He said he had been searching the files of the Public Record's Office for the Lord Justice's decision concerning the conversion question made years ago, he said this decision was binding on Justice Romer as it had been made by a higher court.
