Pickford woke the household this morning running aroundcalling "Lily, Lily, is it time to get up yet." so the rest of us got up and I managed to wobble back and get the cows up and milk but was no good for any thing else. I felt awful tough and repentant, couldn't eaty and finally went back to bed. Cecil took Gibbie home and got him to bed and then came back here with the car and he and Frank went down to Bob Leiths and got some jacks to jack up the barn down at Aunty's and Frank stayed down till about one o'clock and got his ghair cut Cecil & Frank kept on good shape all thrught he oerformannce and this morning sgtraightened up the house so that there was no sign of any irregularity. Aunty Alice said she was goimg to come ove rbut as it pired rain all morning we didn't expect her, however she came and found me in bed and Franl away. She got donner for us and wa shere most tpf the afternoon Frak took he rfome about four o'clock. I felt better this after noon and ate a good supper. We heard great honking of horns & shooting of guns this after noon so Frank and I started to ddrive down to swee what was goinf pn and found it was a Liberal parade. Just as we got to the ocrner the van-
