got back there was a card in the mail from Marj. saying she wanted mouse-ear for the kids as there was Whooping cough in Haliburton, so I had to ride Tim's wheel out home to get it.

Ray rode over just before I left to say that poor old Belle was in ahole out there and couldn't get out, so george walked out and shot her. I hated to have it done but it was the onlytbing to do.I rode down town and posted the mouseaear to marj. and then cam ehome and milked as Frank & George wewre down wirth the4 corn till after dark. Lea marshall and Mr. Triekey as stock-sales man were in and delayed me for sometime selling stock in the new comany Hamilton Doirgs. Fine and Mild.
