When he got up tp the barns we got him with toiwo of the cows into Sid's horse stable & Frank went over to Herb Law's ans borrowed a rope which we put on him and finally got him home and tied up in the shed, but it was nearly noon. Tim was here with his dog & gun and the three boys went home together. This after noon we all went to town much to Aunty Alice's disapproval as it turned out a horrible afternoon. Marj. wemt up town woith Gay and got her some rubbers for her birthday and I went over home and had a shave. I forgot and left my razor there when we moved so hadn't shaved all week. We got home soon after dark and I did chores before tea
