Didn't get around very early this morning and spent most of the fore noon doing chores and putting a latch on the north storm door, and this after noon I didn't get much of anything done. Tupper came along with a load of implements he was taking up to his farm 16 miles west of Simcoe and he came in and got 3 cockrels from me and promised to bring me some buckwheat the next time he comes down.
