It froze up again during the night and has been cloudy and raw with nirth west wind all day. I didn't get much but chores done before noon as Pickford was over for awhile to look at my brooder. He is contemplating getting one. This afternoon I worked at the nests in thechicken pen and got them all in but have to put hinges on the door yet. Mrs. Harvey Evans wa sin this after noon for quite a visit and wanted me to go over there to-night and help her call out her hens so I was over there all evening.
