19th Mr P Buchanan and Frank Mayville came took a Ton and the Pine 20 Feet 8 inches Long 19 1/2 and 20 inches wide Oak 16 Feet Long 11 inches Wide going to come for the others some time next Week had a Bottle Mr Stebbins came got 1/2 Ton on account of James Hobkins Fixing my Boat Mr Stebbins Got the D Barrelled Pistol Mr Crippin Came Gave me 12 1/2 Dollars 10 in Bills 2 1/2 in Gold Had a Bottle Brought apples and sweetmeats to the children he is to send me 1/4 of Beef at 3 cents and a syrup Barrel at 1 Dollar Promised him the stack and 1/2 of the West End of the Barn Gave William an order for 2 Dollars

James Y Camerons Buildings Burnt this morning 10 head of cattle Burnt and a Great many other things about his Buildings Gave William an iron for his sleigh William had 5 1/2 cords to night

20th Stormy went to the Bush

21st St Agnefs Day a Fine Day

22nd old Bodway Died stormy

23rd William chopping sent an order to AJ Baker for Flour and ink cutting the Hay in the East End of the Barn

24th Charles Tuppers Birth Day did not Get the Flour got the ink Got 1 1/2 Bushels of Potatoes took them From Hamiltons cellar AJ Baker to Cornwall for Flour Mr Crippins 2 sleighs came for Hay Bashea and Labuff Broke on the stack Gave Richard William some Hay for the Horse Pretty Frosty Morning send Down his Hay Knife to cut the mow sent a Letter to Mr Crippin for 45 lbs of Flour one of those sacks

25th Labuff and Bashea here took 2 Loads Finished the East side commenced the southside of the West mow cutting it in 2 Mr Crippin Came took me a Fresh Codfish about 3 lbs selling them at 8 cents a lb a Sack of Flour 49 lbs took his Dinner with him had a Dish of Oysters crackers and cheese I had a Good Feast of the Oysters Got a 100 Weight of Flour from AJ Baker William took it over Gave William some hay and Herrings
