Friday a very Fine Day

3rd Went to Summerstown for J Grants Horses to take Down 2 sacks of Flour I got from him a Treat at Summerss 15 cents Brought over 5 Bushels of Ashes and 1 Bushel of Onions sold to Viponds 90 cents Bought of Vipond Soap Tobacco Dowds Elixer Sweetys 1/2 lb Tea

4th Went to Summerstown took Donald Suples some onions Got a Ride from G Renshaw Island From Mr Kennedy on the Black River called at J MGreggor Bought 1 Pint Got a Salmon Trout From Mr Crippin some sweetys for the children in at the Barbers took supper at Donald Suples Bought Knitting needles at D Bakers Licquorice got a Ride Down from J Plumar Got a sticking Plaster from Bill

7th a Fine Day Thawing

8ths a Great many going the ice to Lancaster Raining water on the ice cutting hay in the mow
