Thur Oct 29 30_ Fine morning but it rained heavily in the afternoon then clearing. Uncle and Aunt Mattie took Walnut trees out to Mary Watsons. I went to Prayer Meeting in the evening.

Fri Oct 31 {this number was written over the number 30}. Fine day. We were at home all day. {above this line it reads: We went to Miss Duncans in evening.}

Sat Nov. 1._ Fine day. men finished thrashing at Mr Clarks

Sun. Nov 2_ Fine day. Aunties and Uncle at Morning Church. I went to Fisherville. Aunt Mattie and I at evening church. Uncle and Aunt Nellie at Willies in the evening.

Mon Nov 3_ Fine day and very warm. we were at home all day.

Tue Nov 4_ Fine day. very warm. We killed out pig. at noon.

Wed Nov 5_ Very mild. Auntie and I out at Thornhill called at Mrs Parkinsons, Mrs Welsh and Felicias.
