Tues Dec 12 11 Fine but very frosty. Good sleighing. Uncle Mick Took me to Thornhill in the big sleigh.
Wed Dec 13 12 Very mild. Lizzie called in the morning. Uncle came home in the afternoon, and took Auntie to the Bazaar, at Richmond Hill. I went out in the road to hear the Torrey Alex. choir at Thornhill. Mick went home.
Thur Dec 14 13. Fine and very mild, foggy. Mr. Gibson here for tea.
Fri Dec 14 Rained and sleeted in the afternoon and evening. Aunt Nellie went down to see Annie Teasdale.
Sat Dec 16 15. Fine day, very mild. I went to Thornhill with Uncle in the afternoon. Mr. [McDonald?] is sick.
Sun Dec 17 16. Fine bright day, no snow at Fisherville. Lizzie here for tea. Uncle, Aunt Martin and I at evening Church.
Mon Dec 18 17. Fine day, and moderately cold. We killed our Ducks. Mr. and Mrs. Teasdale here for tea. Uncle up at Maple in the morning.
Tue Dec 19 18. Fine bright day.
Wed Dec 20 19. Fine bright day. Aunt Nellie at Mary’s in the afternoon for a while. Aunt Martin over helping Mother to kill her turkeys.
Thur Dec 20 20. Milder. Uncle took Aunties and I out to meet the Car. It snowed a little.
Fri Dec 22 21. Snowing a little, then cleared. Uncle over helping Father to get some hay in. Mrs. Clarke called.
