Sat Dec 22. Fine but turning very cold. Uncle helping {Nelli?} to clean up again. Aunt Mattie and I out decorating the Church. Ms. {Jackes?} drove us home. Then Aunt Mattie and Uncle went out for a parcel in the evening.

Sun Dec 23. Very, Very cold. Uncle and Aunt Mattie at Church. I went to Fisherville. Ella Heron here for tea. she and I went over to League in the evening.
