Weather: - fair + cold strong n.W. wind

Eggs: gathered 97 + 1 Duck egg, first of season

Butter: churned 30 lbs

Nelson Boyington + Tim Paterson were around shooting rabbits and got eight


Friday, January 7, [1927]

Weather: - Very fair and cold (zero)

Eggs: - gathered 99 + 1 Duck egg

Washed + crated 53 dog (?) eggs

(F?)reased four chickens

Filled both chop bins

Fred went to Markham in the afternoon
