Sunday, May 8 Weather - Fair & warm strong East wind Eggs-125 1 duck 1 Turkey Attended SS & church in morning. Mothers day program was carried through in SS. & Mr. {Brauthuite?} took the service in church good turnout Della Brown & Ruth Walker come home with us for dinner & stayed for the afternoon went for a little walk at night

Monday, May 9 Weather - Rain & warm Eggs-129 2 duck 1 Turkey Went to Gormley for fruit trees from E.D.Smith, also asparagras & rambler Planted them in afternoon Mrs. Walter Scott died to day
