Wensday 7th fine We grubbed out Stumps and J.S. Harrowed & Tom. Raised some drills for mangels.
Thursday, 8th fair Geo & I planted Plum tress. J.S. harrowed & gang plowed, & picked a few Stones. Tom finished raising drills for mangels & Geo Turned sale manure And Tom & Geo started to make fence.
Friday 9th fine & cool Took Tom to Station and bgt corn and rape seed 200

got harness mended .25

Geo Gang plowed harrowed and Cultivated Orchard, then and fixed fence around Pasture

Will Came on the morning train and we went to see the porter Place & some other places.		 2.00 .25
Saturday, 10th fine, Frost last I sowed mangels and rape near barn this morning and planted "early maise" potatoes in Afternoon Went to town bgt. Sledge handle 15 c 500" oilcake, $675 meat $105 .15

Monday 12th fine I shipped potatoes in morning, got horses Shot .58 oat bran $450, pd Saw Mill account $1060 Tom & Eunice & Family Came today, in Afternoon they went up to see the old Simpson farm & Porter place then we sent to see Jim and called at P.O. got boots .30 nails, $1.28 .58
