McCannel. 500 for cow Pasture plow shere 40 recd Geulph Prize Money, 2400 paid $100 members fee for next year, got order on Sorby for special prize recd pay for Ram, from A.P. Westervely, 3000 X E.P. Bell had bull C yesterday by Kymas Heir. Shoes for Mother 100 |

| Sunday, Sep 28th wet | Mother & I went to Church in morning & heard Mr Cassady preach on the Parable of the leven showing how the spirits work is from within. Children & I went to S.S. had a 42 good class - gave today 42 c | .42 | ||
| Put ram with ewes | Monday. Sep 29th fair | I cut corn in morning and Father cut in afternoon & helped me getting grain ready to chop & put ram with Ewes | ||
| Tuesday 30th wet | Father & I chored around the barn most of the day. I went for Doctor and took a grist of chop and returned 4 bu wheat, that I borrowed. We got another Daughter this evening |
