Tuesday June 12 / 06 We went Cleaned box Stalls and started to hoe mangels. Mr. Patterson of Petrolia came in the evening and bgt. a Young bull Nanettes Pride R. for $100 and I pay freight on him. I took him alomg to Hendersons to see the Stock we have there.
Wensday 13th fine We went to Station in the morning with Mr Patterson recd a check for $2230 for my Expenses to Ottawa in may. We Hoed mangels and Mary took Bessie & Marguerite to Doctor.
Thursday 14th fine We hoed mangels and plowed for Turnips had F. Glover helping at 125 per day.
Friday 15th Showery J.W. & F. Glover cleaned wheat in morning & I went to town bgt hardware, 108 wagon fixed 35c recd $10000 for Nanette's pride R. from Wm Patterson. Petrolia Shipped him and pd Freight $570 pd Frank Glover. $190 $10000 1.08 .35 5.70 1.80
Saturday 16th wet J.W. plowing & preparing the J.W. Choring & hoeing mangels I went to town bgt pd Morris AC .70 Pd. Telegram to Mr Bainbridge at Port Arthur. 60c, hair cut 20 .70 .20 .60
Sunday 17th Showery Jennie & I went to Church in morning heard Rev Mr Ross. We all stayed at home the rest of the day
