| Monday Aug. 6th 1906 | Men shocking oats and cutting part of the orchard. Mr. Lowe looking at cattle. |

| Thursday Aug. 9th. | Hauled 4 loads of hay & finished orchard. Tom & Emma here in afternoon. |
| Friday Aug. 10th. | Men at turnips. Johnnie went to mill for chop. |
| Sat. Aug. 11th. | Working at turnips in forenoon and finished hauling hay in afternoon. Got Aunt Jane's and baby's pictures taken. |
| Sunday Aug. 12th. | Jennie Jean & I went to church in morning. Heard Mr Crews. |
| Monday Aug. 13th. | Men hauling in oats in forenoon and Alex at Harvey's threshing in afternoon. Johnnie & Joe cutting around peas. Gave J. Fisk check for $20.07 c for cutting grain. |
| Tuesday Aug. 14th. | Alex at Telfer's threshing all day. Johnnie at turnips Joe Fisher away in afternoon. |
