Sunday 9th fair Went to Church in Morning, and S.S. in Afternoon. Col $100

bred Century place Matilda to E.P.Ringleader 3rd

E.P. Belle 2nd to Lord Val.

Monday 10th fair went to town in morning and. took Cattle to show in evening.
Tuesday 11th fine attended the show our Society met. and discussed matters generally . and Elected old officers. There was a considerable talk of very little account. We won 1st on two Year old 2nd on cow & 1st on Calf.
Wensday 12th fair Attended show and brought out Mr. Galbraith of Shebourne Mr Oppertshauser of Hanover., Mr. Dick of Ashgrove, to see bulls & other Stock Steer was slaughtered today.
Thursday 13th fair I stayed at home sick today Jno Mountain & W.B. Bowman were here. Also Hennie Mountain & Mrs Gay of Hamilton. We had a pleasant visit from them
Friday. 14th soft Will went home this mornng Ladies this Evening. We went for Stock in afternoon Our steer Carcase won 1st prize We won altogether. $10900
X Saturday 15th fair bred Witch of Benton to E.P. Ringleader 4th I went to town. recd prize money $9500 Check for beef. $9357 bgt skates $1.20 mop stick.14 candies 10c cufls & studs. 75. Ink. 25. Pd. reynolds ac. 1416 95.00 93.57 1.20 .15 .10 .75 14.16
