Saturday. Mch 9th fine | I took train at Ottawa last night & Arrived in Toronto about 6.30 A.M. this Morning and then went to Uxbridge insected Mr Ackney's Cattle & then took train at 3.15 P.M. for Toronto where I arrived about six and took train again at 7 P.M. for Guelph, where I arrived about 9 P.M. bred E.P. Mayflower 3rd to E.P. Ringleader 3rd | ||
| Sunday 10th fine | Mary E. Bessie & I went to Church. Col. 50 also Aunt Jane In Afternoon we went up to Tom's. and stayed home in Evening | .50 | ||

| Tuesday 12th Dull & Damp | We trimmed Bulls feet and. Broke the unruly one to lead. C McDougall helped us then we shipped E.P. Ringleader 4th to Walter Hall. We also broke colts to lead. C. McDougall pd me for the tanning of his hide |
