but not very hard. I slopped around in the mud doing chores part of the time and spent the rest of the time bothering Enah who was making mince meat.

Wednesday December 13th

Dad and I drove Aunty up to Vittoria this morning to catch the train for Pt. Ru as she was going to see Aunty Ida. The roads were awful except in a few sandy places. We got home about one. There were a lot of peole plowing along the road. Mrs. Bawfly drove Louise down this afternoon but she had to meet him at half past four down town. Enah went down town with her and got back about six with the boys.
