the Football Game was a tie 14 to 14. between Washington & the Navy. 40 000 people at the game. was out for a drive with Dean. Saw Jack Dempseys house on Western Ave. he has just sold it for $200,000 saw a lot for sale on 7th street adv. for $4,000.00 a foot. or $300 000 for 75 feet frontage. passed the new Baseball Stadium in University Park. on. Figeran street had a walk around the centre of city bought some cards & folders.

Jan 3rd nothing doing this morning sat around and read. went for a ride with Dean around the city, over around the Westlake district. things
