25 Christmas. we slept late this morning, Pap, far & Jimie were at the banquet They thought it was good, there was a purse presented to Lewis I did not hear the amount

Jenet Slack called for my contribution for the fund for prizes

Jimi Murdy and Bird went to the Social in the Hall. Jimie got a ticket from D Robertson I gave Murdy and Brid money

27 Last night was the Childrens entertainment All our children but Far were there Marion got a fine doll, Ran got a necktie and they got little bags of candy Papa sold Marriage licenses to one McIntosh The year is drawing to a close
