23. Monday. Pretty fine. Jimie went to plough. The ground is getting too hard.
24. Cousin Donald was here. Pa gve him 25 cts for Far, for the 25 cts I borrowed to go to the Concert. Got 1 loaf 5 cts. baked today boys went to Lancaster.
25 Killed two hens, eate one todat. It began to snow this morning and snowed all day. And is ugly and wild The boys got at the tanners at Lancaster yesterday 1/2 hide sole leather. cts cowhide one calfskin for mills Four own calfskin 50 got the white linsey, at the factory. 12 1/2 yds 15 cts pr yd. And got 300 feet boards
