June, 1928.

15 Friday. Fine day. Very cold tonight. Walter sowed the turnips today. Vernon & Ella papered the kitchen. We all went to the Alma Presbyterian Garden Party tonight.

16 Saturday. Fine day. Walter went to Elmira this morning and Edward Rathgen and Isabel Donaldson of Toronto came home with him. They are here on their vacations.

17 Sunday. Fine day. We went to church & S.S. this morning and were down to Norman Snyder's this p.m. to practice a male quartette. Earl & Ella Miller spent the evening here.

18 Monday. Heavy rain this afternoon Walter, Edward and miss Donaldson went to Alma this morning. Ella was hoeing in the garden. Callers were - Louis, Noah. Margaret & Orpha Miller and Harvey Reist. Vermon was plowing summer fallow this afternoon forenoon
