TUESDAY 27
Done chores and fencing on other place until noon. Brock chopping in afternoon and Da choring then fencing for an hour or two. Mirly and shawery in forenoon. Heavy shower after dinner with a little thunder then cleared and was warm.
WEDNESDAY 28
Done chores and fencing on other place. A very dirly day, rain turning colder with snow aguallo. Very wetting. Strong west wind.
THURSDAY 29
Done chores and chopping in forenoon. Then fencing on other place in afternoon. A very cold stormy morning cleared after dinner and was bright but very windy.
