June 1920

WEDNESDAY 2

Da finished rolling back 14ac and started to clean hen house. Brock cultivating and harrowing summer fallow in forenoon. Both working at hen pens in afternoon. Lue to town at night. Rev and Mrs. Edmison called. He 81 yrs old. Bright but looking like rain at times.

THURSDAY 3

Fixing fence and putting barb wire on other place in forenoon, and started to fix law windmill. Working at it the rest of day. Piece of pipe in well. Brock to Hamillons at night for eggs but they were away. Much cooler bright and breezy.

FRIDAY 4

Drawing out manure for turnip. Brock to town at night. Fine and warmer.
